Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny on the 3rd day of February is an American actor. She gained prominence between late 1970s until the the early 1980s when she appeared on several television programs, which usually reflected a glamorous look. Fairchild first appeared on the show Search for Tomorrow on CBS in the role of Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. She played Jenna Wade in 1978, the first time an actress had done such a role. In the year 1980, she played the role of Jenna Wade in Flamingo Road (NBC), for which she won a Golden Globe Award nomination for the Best Actress in a Television Series Drama. She appeared on ABC's brief show on primetime Paper Dolls and also for Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild was involved in the theater, as well as in the roles of guest stars for TV shows like Roseanne, Cybill and Friends as well as Murphy Brown. For the former, she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award. She serves as a member of the board of SAG-AFTRA.
